ASEPL - Leader - Tendering Support/Inside Sales (3-7 yrs)
Responsibility Deliverables:

Tasks and Activities :
Review :
- Review of shipment/booking targets, gap bridging template and action plan (for resellers)
- Review IS action on every enquiry for timely response
- Review of the accuracy of the quotation
- Review of miss on the GeM tender
- Review of timely tender participation
- Review of accuracy and time of the compliance template
- Review of final negotiated proposal made and sent
- Review - accuracy & time & completeness of order acknowledgement
- Review and Analysis of the delay of payments
- Review of the correctness of the segmentation in the database
- Follow the STOP system
Principle Management :
- Funnel consolidation and data completeness
- Quality check of company support (any kind) from Customers
- Select all customers 6 months before from the month you are calling (from booking file or master database as needed) Identifying the person to call - has to be HOD (purchase/end-users boss)
- Call the identified person
- Fill the back office function checklist on the call
- Send the customer an email - thank them for their time & add the action item
- Take any action that might have come out from the call
Function FAQ Database :
- Maintaining (adding, updating, deleting) your function related problems and solutions to them
- Training the team on Functional FAQ database
Strategic Planning :
- Internal need analysis for building new internal activity & processes list & execution of the same (for their individual functions)
- Review of all processes, templates, checklists and qualifying matrix
Lead Conversion Gap Analysis :
- Gap Analysis of Lead Conversion (for LTP products)
- Fill the Gap bridging template with short term actions
- Run the identified campaigns as per their processes Customer feedback usage
- Passing on any positive customer feedback to the marketing team
Query handling of internal team/external customer :
- Respond to the needful person by email within 24 hours
- Solve the query
- Send the solved query report to the person within 24 hours of solving it by email
Skills upkeep :
- Job role specific skills PRE (training) model (what skills, gaps, where to learn from for every member) making and upkeep of your team
- Job role specific skills PRE model making and upkeep of self
Feedbacks :
- Issue based problem solving in the situation leading to process change where required
- Listing of incidents for your direct reporting team member that need to go to feedback
- Give feedback to direct reporting team member and make an action plan for them where required
- Submit the feedback to the HR Interdepartmental relationships
- Upkeep of the communication matrix
- Execution of changes in processes from the upkeep of communication matrix
- Make efforts to resolve the issues with the other leader
- If not resolved ask for guidance from management on your efforts to resolve the issue
