Analytics Saves at Work is looking for an Associate Consultant. The role is to manage relationships with clients, participate in business development, and help in the management and operations of the company. This role will be at the forefront of business engagement and identifying not just the business requirements but offering advice on how and where to best utilise company products and services within these engagements.
Responsibility:
- Learn about the client's business challenges and technologies to understand their business needs
- Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules, milestones, and required resources to meet the project objectives
- Prepare necessary documentation as per clients' requirements
- Preparing business plans and strategies for growing the business and closely working with the CEO for driving the business growth
- Provide advice or suggestions for improvements that meet the company's objectives
- Develop sales strategies and opportunities by researching and identifying potential leads
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
- Participating in business development, including writing project proposals and attending meetings with potential clients
- Prepare client deliverables (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word) that are well structured, logical and clear to understand.
- Handle administrative activities, office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Experience: 2 or more years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Must be an MBA and have a degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Strong working knowledge of business management best practices
- Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS office tools like MS PowerPoint, MS Word & MS Excel is a must
- Strong attention to detail and a strong analytical mind.
- Aptitude in creative problem-solving
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and executive presentation skills
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Diplomatic, broad-minded, flexible, curious and detail-oriented.
- Ability to cope with fast-paced and pressured work
- The selected candidate will be working remotely and need to be equipped with his/her laptop and internet facility.
