Job Description:

- To undertake subscription sales by contacting the client by phone, or email. You should make at least 50-60 calls in a day which also includes follow-ups.

- To acquire new clients and service the existing ones.

- To maintain a productivity sheet and submit it as per the schedule provided by the HOD.

- To undertake cross-selling of products to the existing customers.

- To undertake Infobank / Directory / Annual / Digital sales.

- To ensure that the contacts of the client are updated every time a client takes/renews a subscription.

- Coordinate with other team members/reporting head.

- To undertake mailing activities as per the instruction of HOD.

- To handle enquiries received on phone/email/website.

Experience - Minimum 06 months to 1 year's experience in Telesales/telemarketing (Freshers are also welcome)

Qualification - Any Graduate

Job Location: Sewri (West), Mumbai - 400 015. (5 minutes walking distance from Sewri Station & Sewri Bus Depot.)

Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday-Sunday Holiday; However, in a month at least 1 Saturday is working.)

Desired Profile:

- Good English (written & verbal) communication skills with good telephone etiquette.

- An ideal candidate must have an experience in telesales.

- An ideal candidate should have an experience in B2B sales (preferably from the media industry who have to sell subscription of magazines)

- Selling digital subscriptions will be an added advantage.
