Asahi Kasei - Executive - Customer Support (1-2 yrs)
1) Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships and develop the online business.
2) Work closely with in-house team for website management and other e-commerce platforms
3) Maintain and update customer databases and forming reports based on customer satisfaction statistics
4) Supporting the marketing team in completing agreed activities
5) Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and generate sales leads
6) Converting leads to sales
7) Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to understand what areas of the company's services need improvements
