Arzooo - Manager - Customer Success (4-8 yrs)
Role Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers to position Arzooo platform and the offers or services within the app with strong intent on sales closure.
- Ensure clients understand how best to use the Arzooo Platform for their unique needs
- Empower customers to rapidly master the Arzooo platform by conducting customer training sessions.
- Able to articulate products, pricing and offers to customers to win order placement.
- Generate pipeline opportunities by making customer calls daily
- Develop pipeline by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new offerings.
- Penetrate all targeted retailers and radiate sales from within customer base.
- Collaborate with Account Executive to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues, cross-functionally, to support the sales process.
- Regularly adjusts to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA would be an advantage
- Extremely strong communication skills including regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, Marathi)
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- Exhibits a broad base knowledge of related industries as well as an acute business understanding
- Proven excel skills
