Aryan Realty Infratech - Sales Role (2-8 yrs)
1. Supervising and guiding the sales team as well as providing incentives to motivate staff to achieve sales targets.
2. Monitoring the performance of the sales team.
3. Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
4. Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
5. Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions.
6. Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
7. Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings
8. Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
9. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
10. Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow up with clients for their requirements.
Skill :
Minimum 2 years of Proven experience in Real Estate Market
Location : Gurgaon
CTC- 40k-70k + Incentives
