- As an Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM), you will be part of an energetic team of professionals who are committed to helping customers use and succeed with our platform.
Job Responsibilities :
- Currently, the platform attracts plenty of interest and curious visitors; the ISRs- are tasked with communicating with interested prospects, eliciting the specific use case, and assessing first with the platform's / APIs- capabilities and this move the prospect from - interested- to a - production user- of the platform.
- Conversion of leads generated into customers
- Understand the prospects- use case, suggest relevant APIs or usage scenarios, list out potential barriers to usage / - objections
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects including qualified prospects and opportunities, demos conducted, the outcome of each interaction, current stage, steps to closure
- Follow up with discipline and agreed cadence with prospects
- Understand and deliver the central messaging with clarity and confidence.
- Contribute ideas to messaging and pitching
- Work closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Application teams to address prospect queries and address product related feedback
Key metrics or deliverables :
- Number of paying customers signed up
- Lifetime value of paying customers (including as monitored through churn and retention metrics)
Ideal candidate profile should have :
- Prior hard core sales experience, preferably on inside sales, of at least two years
- Experience with selling technology products and services, with SAAS sales sales preferred
- Experience of selling/marketing in a B2B environment
- Ability to meet targets through planning and prioritization
