Arvind - Manager - Corporate Communications (5-10 yrs)
Key Purpose of the Job
To contribute to the development and implementation of communications programmes and activities that support organizational corporate communications objectives and strategy, including social media and internal communications.
Major responsibilities:
- To manage the development and implementation of communication strategy.
- Develop brand awareness consistent with corporate business goals and objectives
- To identify, develop and implement new communication initiatives which support the organization's strategic, operational and tactical requirements, internally and externally across a broad range of stakeholders
- Create and maintain a centralized system to schedule, co-ordinate and align communications activity and content across our different service areas.
- To manage projects relating to internal communications and colleague engagement (acting as Editor as required), preparing plans for the design, development and delivery of content, and implementing agreed tactics in accordance with agreed budgets and deadlines
Interactions:
Internal : All Head of Dept. or Functional Head
External : Knowledge Partners.
Educational and Experience
- PG degree in Communications
- Any Graduate
