Arvind Fashions - Cluster Manager (2-8 yrs)
The Cluster Manager for the Retail MBO (Multi-Brand Outlet)/EBO Channel is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and growth of multiple multi-brand retail stores within a specific geographical cluster. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales, ensure operational efficiency, and lead store managers to achieve business objectives while maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Excellence:
- Manage and oversee daily operations across all stores in the assigned cluster, ensuring consistency and efficiency in execution.
- Ensure that all stores adhere to company standards and operational guidelines, including store layouts, product displays, and customer service protocols.
- Coordinate with store managers to resolve operational challenges and implement best practices across the cluster.
2. Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for the cluster.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and areas needing improvement.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive performance and capitalize on opportunities within the MBO channel.
3. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of store managers to achieve business objectives and maintain high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement development plans for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MBO partners, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.
- Negotiate and manage commercial terms, including margins, stock agreements, and promotional activities, with MBO partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and MBO outlets, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
5. Inventory and Merchandising:
- Oversee inventory levels across the cluster, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess inventory.
- Ensure that product displays and merchandising efforts align with brand standards and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries to stores.
6. Customer Experience and Brand Representation:
- Ensure that all stores deliver a consistent and high-quality customer experience that reflects the brand's values and standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction across the cluster.
- Ensure that store staff are well-trained in product knowledge and customer service.
7. Financial Management and Reporting:
- Prepare and manage budgets for the cluster, ensuring that expenses are controlled and within approved limits.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, margins, and profitability, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics for review by senior management.
8. Compliance and Audit:
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local regulations across all stores.
- Conduct regular audits of store operations to ensure adherence to standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions in response to audit findings and ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, with a focus on managing multi-brand outlets or a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of retail operations, sales strategies, and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Additional Information:
- Frequent travel between stores within the cluster is required
