Arva Health - Performance Marketing Role (3-5 yrs)
We're seeking a mid-level Performance marketing lead in Bangalore (hybrid) to join our fast-growing team, with high ownership and direct collaboration with the founder.
You have:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in driving performance marketing (must-have) and other growth channels, at a product company.
- Ability to create and implement data-driven marketing campaigns. Strong leadership qualities, including decision-making, empowerment, and team motivation.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Adwords).
- Ability to manage a large budget with aggressive targets
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid marketing strategies, including daily management of PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Allocate and manage marketing budget across channels to maximize ROI, setting and monitoring channel-specific KPIs (CPA, LTV, ROAS).
- Drive SEO and organic growth by conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and implementing on-page and off-page SEO tactics.
- Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, and implement optimizations to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Collaborate with the content team to create and execute SEO-driven content plans, including link-building initiatives to increase domain authority.
- Develop and implement local SEO strategies, including optimizing Google My Business listings and creating playbooks for new city launches.
- Apply product-led growth principles by aligning marketing strategies with product features and collaborating with product teams to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Generate regular performance reports, provide data-driven insights, and present strategies and recommendations to senior management.
