REPORTING TO : AVP - Sales & Marketing
EXPERIENCE : 5-10 years
QUALIFICATION : MBA or equivalent
Job Description:-
- The incumbent will be responsible for a brand category
- Lead the innovation & launch agenda across brands and segments as well as future hunting grounds
- Lead the concept development process for each of the segments.
- Should have proven track record in marketing function and hands on experience in promoting the project in print, social - media and create a world class brand for the project using all latest tools
- Innovate use of creative on the digital media to enhance brand awareness and generate leads through various techniques
- Specialization in Marketing communication, creative development and campaign management.
- Rich experience in advertising & communications, events and alliances.
- In-depth understanding of media ATL / BTL media mix, media planning and buying
- Creative & media agency, Marcom, vendor management.
- Understanding of fusion marketing across spectrum of offline and online channels
- Should be able to handle Pre Sales Team
- Target Oriented
- As and even required should be able to work in sales during festive season or during events
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of marketing activities
- Excellent communication skills
- To have better coordination with team members & inter-department
- Creative & Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent MS Power-point & Excel knowledge
- Should have real estate knowledge (Mandatory) & good communication skills
Rules:-
- Office Timing :- 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Incase required will have to stay for extended hours )
- Weekly off :- Other than Saturday, Sunday & Festive Days
- No leaves will be allowed during festive days & Saturday Sundays
