Artsana - Executive - Modern Trade (1-5 yrs)
Main responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in modern trade channels (Reliance, Apollo, Metro, D-Mart, etc.).
- Negotiate terms of trade, promotions, and marketing activities to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Ensure timely execution of annual business agreements (ABAs) with key partners.
2. Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
3. Merchandising & Visibility:
- Drive product visibility through proper planogram implementation and in-store merchandising.
- Ensure stock availability, minimizing stockouts, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels at partner locations.
4. Promotional Activities:
- Plan and execute consumer promotions, offers, and product launches in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and suggest improvements.
5. Market Insights:
- Regularly track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends in the modern trade segment.
- Provide actionable insights to the management team for strategic planning.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with supply chain and distribution teams to ensure seamless product availability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for brand-building initiatives tailored to modern trade partners.
7. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, account performance summaries, and forecasts.
- Monitor ROI on trade spends and provide recommendations for budget optimization.
