Artoo - Country Head - Solution Sales (10-17 yrs)
About the role :
- Solution Sales Manager is responsible for driving the business across Singapore from new customers via direct and indirect channel.
- We are looking for driven and proven successful Solution Sales individuals that want to exceed targets and are looking to fast track their sales career to join our expanding APAC Team.
- You must currently work or previously worked for a software solution provider in Campaign Management (CMS) / CRM / POS / ERP or Enterprise/BFSI based solutions.
- You MUST be able to leverage on your network of customers and partners to fast track your penetration of the market and distribution of Vymo's solutions.
- Your responsibilities include sales planning, territory planning, accurately forecasting opportunities using designated CRM solution, qualifying, prioritizing, converting leads into real business opportunities, maintaining a strong pipeline and execute the sales process to achieve your quota.
- You will support channel partners in driving inbound lead flow, proposal development and overall partners- pipeline in meeting revenue goals.
- You MUST possess exceptional attention to detail, demonstrate sales closure and customer follow-up, are open to travel and above all, have a lot of energy to burn.

Sales Management :
- Build, own and be accountable for your sales pipeline of new business accounts for direct sales and indirect channel sales and close deals.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities with direct customers and indirect channels.
- Forecast accurately using proven technology for direct sales and indirect channel sales.
- Manage relationships. Thrill our customers.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in direct selling of software solutions with a successful and verifiable sales track record of exceeding assigned quota.
- Sales experience in one or more of the following software domain: Campaign Management (CMS) / CRM / POS / ERP / Enterprise based solutions.
Highly preferred:
- Sales experience in SaaS software solution across APAC region to Enterprise or BFSI clients
- Formal sales training in Prospect Qualification, Solution-Selling and/or Value Selling framework and methodology.
- Attitude & ability to work for start-up environment.
Skills :
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills: both written and oral
- Affinity with and understanding of software solution, retail technology and mobile technology.
Education-Required - BE/B.Tech + MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 colleges.
