Arto Precast Concrete - Executive - Business Development/Field Sales (2-4 yrs)
Business Development Executive/Field Sales Executive
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities. Identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Salary : 40,000-45,000+health insurance + incentives + travel allowances
Responsibilities :
1. Actively generate leads through various networking, cold calling, social media and exhibitions.
2. Setup meetings with clients and represent the company and its products.
3. Convert leads into active sales by developing relations and educating the customer about products and services.
4. Develop long-term business relations with clients. And work towards forming repeat customers.
5. Address client queries and concerns. Understand and develop reports on customer requirements.
6. Work closely with other team members to provide accurate quotes, products and reports to clients.
7. Finalise sales negotiations and close sales with clients.
8. Liaison between the customer and production team from start of an order to the end.
9. Communicate with clients and their representatives including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
10. Follow up on collection of payments.
11. Generate sales reports to track the effectiveness of current sales tactics.
Professional Requirements :
The ideal candidate will possess the following professional assets :
- Education
- Degree Level: Bachelors
- Field of Study : Civil or Commerce.
- Previous Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience.
- Technical Skills : Analytic skills, excellent interpersonal skills and quick learner.

- Precast product and market knowledge.
