Artivatic Labs - Sales & Relationship Manager (2-8 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with operational experience and a proven track record of complex sales deals to join in a high-growth organization that aims to be a world leader in AI Decision Making domain.
The candidate will assist with the Deal Making, Sales Communication, Sales planning process, Sales reporting, Sales KPI/metrics reporting, and implementing new Sales processes.
Our customers will be in sectors like Healthcare, Insurance, Fintech, Fashion, Education, Retail, Travel, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Aviation, Social Media, Advertising, Marketing & multi-channel high tech businesses sectors in India & across the world.
A positive, eager, relationship building and responsive attitude to solve problems is the most important requirement for the role.
Bonus points for prior start-up experience.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Client product demo with technical understanding
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Oversee the Sales planning and analysis of the organization and partner with the management team to provide value-added insight into the Sales performance.
- Develop and monitor the company's Sales budget and monthly forecasts, which shall include establishing Sales tools, setting timelines, ensuring all Sales are aligned and completed on time.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule and prepare monthly reports that include fully analyzed Sales performance, comprehensive Sales and Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
- Detailed knowledge of SaaS Products and the ability to position the platform appropriately for marketers and salespeople
- The role requires the ability to bring in partnership. Analyze the market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Graduate/Post Graduate qualifications in the field of business, communications or marketing
- Preferred Qualifications in Sales management and communications skills
- Experience of working in a strategic role within a fast-paced, matrix organization
- Highly tech-savvy with good command in MS Excel, Powerpoint & other Sales tools such as Blue Sheet etc.
- Understanding of SaaS-based business is important and also previous working experience in SaaS Product company is preferable.
