Artist Manager - Brand Partnership (6-13 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
Broadcast Partner Management:
- Collaborate with network/broadcast partners to plan and execute in-show brand integrations, ensuring alignment with the creative narrative.
- Coordinate with internal creative, production, and post-production teams to deliver high-quality branded content.
- Drive strategic planning for on-air brand placements, aligning them with show schedules and promotional timelines.
- Maintain strong relationships with broadcast partners to facilitate approvals, address queries, and resolve conflicts related to brand integrations.
Brand Partnerships and Branded Content Pitching:
- Lead brand partnership initiatives by pitching characters and concepts for branded content across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with partners to create compelling brand pitches, negotiate deals, and finalize deliverables.
- Oversee the execution of branded content, ensuring compliance with creative guidelines and brand requirements.
- Develop and pitch innovative IP solutions to expand reach and revenue streams.
- Build and nurture relationships with leading brands and agencies to create impactful partnerships.
- Negotiate and secure high-value deals that contribute to revenue growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Foster collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with brand partners.
Artist Management:
- Manage all aspects of artist and character brand deals, including negotiations and deal closures.
- Act as the primary liaison between artists, brand representatives, and agencies, ensuring clear communication and alignment on expectations.
- Coordinate with artists or their managers on creative requirements, schedules, costumes, approvals, and campaign deadlines.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry best practices while protecting intellectual property rights.
- Handle day-to-day interactions with artists and brands, addressing any issues that arise.
