Artifacia - Inside Sales Role (2-6 yrs)
The Inside Sales Team at Artifacia will be responsible for prospecting new businesses through identification of targeted accounts and developing new businesses through various outbound channels and cold calling. This role requires someone with proven experience in selling SaaS/B2B software to a global audience over web, email and phone. You must have good communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and ability to create your own pipeline.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads from the web and build a pipeline, by prospecting through emails, calls and web demos
- Facilitate consultative selling by understanding visual marketing best practices and clearly articulating the benefits of the product to the prospect
- Answer all product and technical queries prospects have along the course of their evaluation to their full satisfaction over the web, phone or email in co-ordination with our Product and Support teams
- Provide regular feedback from prospects and customers to the Product and Engineering teams
- Maintain all sales activities and updates in our CRM system
Skills Required :
- Should have sold SaaS products over web/phone to a global audience, for at least a year
- Should have created their own leads pipeline in that role
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
