Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for identifying, creating and developing customer base in the business centers
- Responsible for offering and selling financial services solutions, especially micro-credit to MSMEs in the centers
- Generating customer leads for credit solutions in the market and successfully completing application formalities
- Maintain & review cluster MIS in system and records at the centers
- Solve customer related issues and support customer query resolution
- Maintain brand presence and good repute in the centers
- Manage the ASK Centre business portfolio
- Daily task to include customer and market visits - to ensure
- Customer Loan Requests
- Complete Customer Application Forms
- Financial Literacy & Awareness
- Follow up on repayments
- Ensure timely collections
- Customer engagement
- Cross sell insurance solutions
- Engage with channel partners for lead generation
Skills required :
- Graduate in any discipline, candidate having Post-Graduation will be given preference.
- At least 1-3 years- experience in MSME lending financial solutions/distribution businesses
- Candidates with credit & Financial Inclusion and or experience in clustering finance are preferred
- Good communications and interpersonal skill;
- Dedicated & passionate about impact & community-related work
- Good command of spoken and written in both Hindi & English;
- Proficiency in use of MS Word and Excel
