Arthimpact Digital Loan - Officer - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Designation : Customer Support OFficer
Role & Responsibilities :
1. Handling OB Calls for Sales & Services
2. Coordinating & Following Up with the relevant Individuals & Departments
3. Connecting with the customers in accordance to TAT or whenever necessary
4. Recording Stats in relation to Voice of the Customer
5. Performing Backend activities as and when necessary
6. Managing the data & reporting of assigned portfolio
Qualification & Skills Required :
- Any Graduate with 1 Year of Min. Experience in Customer Support or Tele-calling Sales.
- Experience of Customer Support Experience from Banking/Finance Background
- Knowledge of Insurance will be an advantage
- Communication Skill
- Proficient in English (Both Oral & Written) & Hindi
- Hands on experience of MS Office & Outlook (Office 365 will be added advantage)
- Should be able to use MS Excel Features (Functions, Pivot, Text to Column etc.)
- Decision making skills to analyse and resolve the customer concerns
- Good to have an experience of Call Center CRM/Dialler Applications
