Artha India Ventures - Key Account Manager (2-8 yrs)
Job Description:
1. Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
2. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
3. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
4. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
5. Deliver service and support to clients using phone, via remote connection or over the email.
6. Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to customers
7. Play an integral part in generating new IT sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
8. Working aggressively to generate monthly targets from existing & new clients
9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Job Requirements:
1. Minimum two years- experience of Corporate Account Management or of IT Projects with significant client facing experience
2. Thorough understanding of development and design process of an IT Product or Platform
3. Strong project management skills and excellent communication skills
4. You must be a problem-solver and have a meticulous and detail oriented approach. People who are entrepreneurial and have demonstrated ownership in their professional career will be preferred.
