Artesian - Executive/Intern - Business Development/Bid Management (1-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for managing the entire bid process using freelance platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, and ensuring a high level of excellence.
- Applicants must have outstanding communication skills, combined with the ability to understand technical concepts and tender questions then provide clear concise responses whilst working to deadlines and targets.
- Understanding the technology stack and business of Artesian Software.
- Ability to prepare proposals and PPT for job postings containing relevant information. Copy paste proposals won't be appreciated.
- Update and maintain profiles of Upwork users by adding projects and skills.
- Respond to clients when they reply to our job proposals and schedule a call with the dev team.
- Daily meetings with business owners and frequent update about the progress.
- Rotational shifts.
The Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Bidding portals (Upwork, Fiverr etc.)
- Good listening, problem solving, time management and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to use MS Excel for lead generation and business cycle tracking.
- Keen to learn business processes and technical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task when necessary.
- Must be BCA/MCA/MBA/Bsc IT.
- Technical Background is preferable.
