WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

SMM sales manager with excellent knowledge of English, able to work in multitasking mode, quick thinker, independent in solving the issues raised.

Responsibilities of an SMM specialist in our company :

- Sales on Instagram and Facebook /other social media platforms: communication with customers in private messages and bringing them to a deal

- Creation of high-quality content for social media networks and mailing lists - designing posts based on provided texts and articles, media materials (photos and videos).

- Active daily promotion and maintaining social networks in accordance with the schedule in English - Facebook, Instagram, less often - Youtube, Tiktok.

- Interaction with the audience: answering questions, commenting followers, showing activity on pages relevant to the company in order to increase brand recognition. Communication sometimes happens in other languages, you need to quickly switch and respond in the language of a potential client (using translator or your language knowledge)

- Conducting targeting advertising according to a pre-agreed strategy on Instagram and Facebook.

- Attracting clients in all ways possible through the platforms

- Regular client database updates and segmentation by type of activity and language/location

- Reporting on work and results

Requirements :

- English language C1, knowledge of other languages - is preferable (French/German/Spanish)

- Competent written language

- The ability to extract information and transform it into well-structured texts for social networks

- Ability to find information and work effectively with search engines

- Ability and experience with graphic editors (Canva, Adobe etc.) would be preferable

- SEO knowledge and experience with tools

- Experience in designing and maintaining social networks

- Experience in targeting advertising, knowledge of programs and services that automate and simplify work

Candidate are required to include following portfolio in their application :

1. Examples of maintaining the social network accounts, statistics on real accounts

2. Designed media elements (posts/infographics/video)

3. An example of written texts in English

4. Describe the existing experience of sales through social networks

5. In your cover letter, describe your intended strategy for selling fish food on Instagram

We offer fixed salary + KPI% from the generated sales. We are looking for talents for cooperation in the long term, fairly evaluate the work and give the opportunity to develop and increase their income. Trial period: 14 days, to evaluate each other and see if we are ready to go further together.
