Required work experience :


- 1-3 years as a sales manager or Head of Sales in foreign markets, working experience in any B2B segments is mandatory

- Hindi, knowledge of an additional language, sales experience in FMCG and Pet segments would be an advantage

ADIRECT is an international holding, a global manufacturer in the Petfood, Aquafeeds segments, nutritional supplements, superfoods with an international team succeeding for over 21 years on the international markets. The company has its own patents and innovative product development. Company branches, production, warehouses and representations are located in Switzerland, Bulgaria, UK, India. Tasks :

- Independent selection of a team from scratch - 10 international sales managers in direct submission. Training and supervision of their daily work in CRM.

- Sales to local & foreign B2B customers - fish and shrimp farms, pet stores, horse stables and other B2B channels in the Aquafeed and Pet Food segments. Working with both cold and warm leads incoming from email, website and social media.

- The transaction cycle of the first client is on average 7-12 days, the minimum B2B check starts from $1,000, the average B2B check is $12,000 (average numbers based on the accumulated experience of the repeated purchases). Statistics of the current sales manager with an accumulated customer base for 6 months > 100,000 dollars / monthly sales volume generated by 1 employee. The product is competitive in price and other indicators.

- The income of the Head of Sales and the team depends directly on the sales plan -

- 10% of the sales turnover is the general motivation of the department

- 4% sales manager

- 1 month - 15 000$ - 600$

- 2 months 30 000$ - 1200$

- 3 months 50 000$ - 2000$

- Expected sales volume in 6 months - $100,000

- In fact, from the sales history, a sales volume of 100,000 dollars can be generated in 1-2 months, depending on the consumption of the client (large farms consume several dozens tons annually).

- Base salary 200 dollars - details and adjustments discussed during the interview.

- Head of Sales receives 4% of the total turnover of the sales department

- 1 month - plan $75,000 - $3000

- 2 month plan $150,000 - $6,000

- 3 month plan $300,000 - $12,000

- 4 month plan $500,000 - $20,000

- 5 month plan $750,000 -$30,000

- 6 month plan $1,000,000 - $40,000

- Base salary from $ 200 - details and adjustments discussed during the interview.
