We are looking for an employee in an international holding, a global manufacturer in the Pet food segment. More than 21 years represented in international markets. The company has its own patents and innovative product development. Company branches, production, warehouses and representations are located in Switzerland, Bulgaria, UK, India. We are an efficient and actively developing company hitting the new markets, which appreciates, encourages and develops its employees.

Tasks :
- The company is already presented on European marketplaces, it is necessary to maintain existing accounts and increase store sales on all platforms - Amazon, Ebay and others (more than 10) in Europe, as well as expand the number of active platforms.
- Registration on all e-commerce platforms and marketplaces in India.
- Listing creation and seo-optimization, working with product reviews, making use of the maximum amount of organic free promotion methods
- Expansion of the assortment matrix, introduction of new products, timely updating of information, analysis of competitors, pricing, initiation and holding of promotions, discounts, coupons, work with the client database
- Manage deliveries: stock control, order formation, cooperation with 3pl partners
- Elaboration of the content: product cards, uploading media materials, product descriptions, copywriting, instructions for use. Graphic design by yourself or with an appeal to the contractor.
- Polite and competent communication with customers, prompt responding to the inquiries
- Communication with the platforms support staff
What we expect :
- Ability to work in multitasking mode - there will be more than 20 marketplaces at the same time, a high level of attentiveness, understanding the results of one's activities in numbers, personal responsibility, readiness to be promptly in touch on weekends and evenings.
- Successful experience with marketplaces proven in numbers
- Knowledge of e-commerce market principles
- English at least level B2, a second language would be an advantage
- Ability to work with product databases, statistics and spreadsheets
- Active participation in product promotion
- Weekly analysis of the product category and subcategories in terms of competitors and prices
