Artelus - Sales Incharge (3-7 yrs)
- Implement sales strategy to achieve sales targets for Artelus solutions through ophthalmologists, optometrists, Diabetologists and purchasing managers.
- Conduct presentations and schedule product demonstrations and to showcase the features and benefits of OCT and Fundus devices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product support as needed.
- Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in medical device sales, particularly in ophthalmic diagnostic equipment.
- Strong knowledge of OCT and Fundus imaging technology, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
