ART Fertility Clinics was started as an extension of IVI RMA Global in 2015 under the brand name IVI Middle East. In Jan 2020, IVI RMA divested its ownership to Gulf Capital and the entity was rebranded as ART Fertility Clinics. Since its inception, ART Fertility Clinics has been led by Mr. Suresh Soni, Group Chief Executive Officer, and Prof. Dr. Human Fatemi, Group Medical Director (MD, Ph.D. at the University of Brussels, Belgium).

In the past six years, ART Fertility Clinics has established Clinics in Abu Dhabi, Muscat, and Dubai and become the leading institute for Human Reproductive Medicine in the Middle East. These clinics provide the most comprehensive range of services including IVF, Male infertility, and genetics. As part of the global expansion initiative mandated by Gulf Capital, ART Fertility has expanded its presence in India, commencing operations of 6 IVF clinics across India in 2021 with an additional 12 clinics to begin operations by 2023. ART Fertility Clinics will be announcing the launch of several clinics in Europe and Asia during the second half of 2022.

Who you are :

- We are seeking a creative and talented Marketing Graphic Designer to join ART's marketing team - in delivering high quality graphics, stunning visuals, marketing materials and website design.

- This is a great opportunity for a creative, eloquent, and organised designer to make a big impact on a niche emerging category in the healthcare field, with plenty of independence and flexibility within the role. An ideal candidate must be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show attention to detail.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Planning concepts by studying relevant information and materials.

- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, style and submitting them for approval.

- Preparing finished art by operating necessary tools and software.

- Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designer, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary

- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts of product illustrations, company logos and websites with software such as photoshop.

- Drive alignment with ART Fertility Clinic's branding and design standards, ensuring that the firm's reputation is upheld

Preferred Qualifications & Prior Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in graphic design for digital and mainline activations and campaigns

- Must be expert in Adobe Photoshop, Paintshop pro, Adobe Illustrator, Coral Draw etc.

- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

- Strong communication, advocacy and partnership skills and a can-do attitude

- Proficient understanding of digital graphics design, video editing, and creation of animated backgrounds

- Development skills in appropriate software/programming languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript

- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
