Art Director - Graphic Designer (6-12 yrs)
Job description:
The Art Director oversees the development of visual concepts and ensures the creative team delivers high-quality, brand-aligned
outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the visual direction of campaigns and creative projects.
- Plan and manage and deliver day to day requirements for assigned brands.
- Collaborate with Copywriters and strategists for day to day deliverables and campaigns.
- Present creative concepts to internal teams.
- Ensure consistency, innovation, and adherence to deadlines.
- Stay updated on design tools and techniques.
- Inspire and mentor a team of Graphic Designer and Visualizers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in design or art direction.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of 3-4 Graphic Designer and Visualizers.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite; basic knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating top notch creative execution, art direction.
