Art Director :

- Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the copywriter

- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas

- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience to accordingly come up with ideas and creatives

- Work closely with stakeholders in India and US offices for design requirements

- Take work from concept to final execution within the defined deadlines.

- Present completed ideas to clients/team members

- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices

- An eye for detailing

Qualification And Experience :

- 4-6 years' experience as an Art Director with a portfolio of campaigns including designs for website banners, social media posts, emailers, brochures, standees, ad campaigns and other marketing collateral, etc. Preferably from an Advertising agency or designing studio.

- Experience of working for an international organization or managing design initiatives with both domestic and global audiences (especially USA) in mind (not mandatory but will be a plus)

- High-level software skills of the latest art and design tools like Photoshop, illustrator and after effects.

- High Level of design, typography, graphics and animation skills.

- Fast paced and is capable of performing under pressure and delivering high quality work even in tight deadlines

- Understanding of the social media platforms to come up with innovative, creative and trending posts designs.
