- This is a rare opportunity for someone to lead sales/BD in the New Delhi & NCR, as the Sales Team Member for a rapidly growing Logistics & Transportation company.

We- re looking for someone with proven experience in sales as a contributor and sales leadership in small/midsized/large organizations (Transportation / Courier/ Logistics only), with a track record of capturing new and repeat business. The Essentials :
- Minimum 3+ years of experience sales/BD experience in Transportation/Courier/Logistics
- Proven track record of developing new & repeat business as well as achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Previous experience in managing and developing a successful sales team.
- Existing, relevant network for sales development.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Reporting into the management directly.
- MBA or Master's degree is strongly preferred but can be offset with relevant experience.
