Arrivae - Associate - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Building Partnerships :
- Discussion with real estate sales professionals regarding partnership for interior designing needs.
Create Arrivae champions :
- Unique referral/loyalty programme by Arrivae
- You need to create relationships with people who have purchased properties in projects spun across Mumbai.
- You need to sell them the idea about Arrivae champions. Under this programme, if someone refers their neighbors to Arrivae, they will get discount in their interior design projects.
- Act as a primary point of contact for our key customers and communicate on a regular basis with customers and internal management team.
- Act as an interface between customers and the delivery team.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers and keep them motivated to share leads with us
Market Research :
- Gather & share key market trends with business heads.
- Analyze the projects (upcoming & existing), identify potential customers from the projects, meet them & convert them to Arrivae champions.
Candidate Profile :
Education : MBA (Sales & Marketing) from a Premium Business School. (1-3 Years of sales experience)
- MBA is not necessary if candidate has experience in Real Estate Sales.
