Arora Technologies - Sales Coordinator (1-6 yrs)
Enquiry Management :
- Maintain Enquiry sheet and SAP entry of all Enquiry received on the same day.
- Making weekly and monthly reports of enquiries and their status.
Tendering :
- Online Tenders to be made ready & uploaded (in consultation with sales engineers).
- Keep a track of portal renewal dates and intimate BL/TL minimum 10 days in advance and take necessary actions.
- Bi-weekly check on proper functioning of e-tender website.
- Prepare and send Regret Letters whenever required.
- Tender Clarification
Sales Data Management :
- Making quotations on timely basis and sending it to sales engineers.
- Prepare daily reports and send it to TL/BL.
- Taking approvals on required documents as and when necessary (even SEs are on tour or leave)
- Preparing of Order File, Order processing files and Repeat order files. Creation of Sales Order in SAP.
- Updating constant contact on timely basis.
Vendor Registration & Management :
- Vendor & Portal registrations as & when required.
- Maintain login details and digital signature of E-Tendering
Equipment & Brochures Management :
- Management of Demo Equipment's & Outwards Register
- Management of Brochures
Payment Collection :
- Collection to be done on regular basis.
