#ARM Worldwide - Content Marketing Head (10-14 yrs)
The Content head oversees all marketing content initiatives, both internal and external, across multiple platforms and formats to drive sales, engagement, retention, leads and positive customer behavior.
The role is to think like a publisher/journalist, leading the development of content initiatives in all forms to drive new and current business for ARM Digital. The position collaborates with the departments of public relations, search engine optimization and marketing, to help define both the internal brand story and the story as interpreted by the customer.
Major Responsibilities & Deliverables :
Need of Content head is to develop and manage team to deliver content for the following -
In-Bound Marketing :
- Mapping out a content strategy that supports the business planning and branding of ARM.
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties/services (including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, Industry lead articles, infographics, etc.).
- Social approach, Video scripts & content development & curation -Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Effectiveness measurement for inbound marketing in terms of revenue increment for #ARM Digital and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with company's leader on all creative and branding initiatives to ensure a consistent message across channels.
For #ARM Customers :
- Managing content strategy for clients for all business verticals like Social media, Media-SEM & SEO, Website, Video scripts and press releases.
- Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including social media, email, point of inquiry, mobile, video, print and in-person.
- The development of a functional content calendar throughout the business verticals.
- Supervising the present team of writers and content strategists; be an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style.
- Conducting ongoing usability tests to gauge content effectiveness and making recommendations based on those results.
Experience and Education Required
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations or related communications field. MBA in marketing a plus.
- 10-12 years of experience as a respected leader in multichannel content creation (publishing, journalism, etc.).
- Experience with creating compelling messages for different target demographics. Crisis communications experience a plus.
- Expertise in all major business software applications (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Multilingual abilities is a major plus.
