About the role :

- We are looking for a talented sales and marketing analyst to execute our prospecting initiatives with an objective to increase lead generation. As the first line of communication with prospects, an ideal analyst will excel at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.

- You'll be part of the marketing team to generate marketing qualified leads, analyse & run prospecting drip feed campaigns, follow up with prospects on LinkedIn. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills and decide the best way to present message to our audience and use content to create brand awareness.

MUST haves :

- Excellent communication skills

- Passion for prospecting & communications

- FS domain experience, ability to understand loan origination process for mortgage lending or other secured lending is desirable.

- Exposure to AI/ML in loan origination is desirable.

- Experience range: 1-3 yrs

Responsibilities :

The individual will work with sales & marketing and will be responsible for generating marketing qualified leads for the sales team. Some areas of activities :

- Build content creation for all our company social media accounts, including organizing cross-platform content strategies.

- Develop new social media campaigns from the ground up, considering our clients' needs and their specific industries.

- Assist with capturing and analyzing social media metrics.

- Vendor Management: Develop and manage all our existing vendor activities

- Responsible for maintaining marketing resources such as whitepapers, ebooks and blogs.

- Assisting in creating marketing assets that are shareable and downloadable.

- Generate leads and nurture warm prospects

- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects

- Set up meetings between prospects and sales leaders

- Analyse & run prospecting campaigns on Freshsales

- Follow up with existing & new prospects

- LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Develop strategy to generate new MQL's

- Run LinkedIn Lead Generation Campaign on LinkedIn

- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook

Expected and Desired Skills :

- Passion for sales & marketing

- History of exceeding lead targets

- Excellent verbal & written communications

- Knowledge of sales & marketing automation

- Experience for IT/ITes Services is desirable

- Sound understanding of business, and technology.

Desired Background :

- An undergraduate degree, or equivalent

- MBA in marketing or 6 months Sales experience in B2B is a plus

- Current MBA students in penultimate year of study
