Arihant Superstructures - Wealth Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)
1. To generate and execute the sale of real estate.
2. To develop the network with the Wealth Managers on a regular basis across Mumbai.
3. Effectively track the ongoing lead generation processes and ensure consistent improvement in client conversions.
4. Meet/Exceed the projected sales target of self.
5. Work with investors directly to resolve their queries, questions, and clarifications and advise them on the requisite immigration/visa process and services, at all points.
6. To ensure investor closure from end to end in coordination with the Wealth management groups including operational support, site visits, and banking assistance
7. Effectively track client follow-ups and implement the same.
8. Maintain consistent engagement for lasting customer relationships pertaining to new and existing customer base and update about the development of our projects through a periodic newsletter as and when issued by the marketing team.
9. To call/communicate with leads generating out of our inbound and outbound digital sales exercises through various platforms.
10. Travels for meeting up with the Wealth and Fund Managers for closure of sales.
