Overview :
- We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic personality with 10+ years of experience in Business Development. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Job Summary :
- Drive Sales/Revenue and profitability while providing guidance and support to the marketing team.
- Develop and execute quarterly sales and marketing plans to grow share.
- Utilize industry tools to perform competitive set assessments and identify key targets.
- Solicit and negotiate business with new and existing clients through daily prospecting, outside sales calls, e-communications, referrals and networking.
- Travel locally and nationally as necessary to conduct outside sales calls.
- Work with organization team to ensure pricing and revenue strategies are aligned with market in order to maximize revenue.
- Identify need periods and undertake comprehensive program of sales activity to secure new and adhoc business minimizing the impact of low activity periods.
- Encouraging repeat business through excellent customer service and inquiry handling.
- Recording sales trends and liaising with account managers to develop sales strategies.
Education and experience :
- Experience as a Sales executive for five years or more preferred
- Must have experience in dealing with CXO/CTO/CFO/COO/CEO and other allied Members of Corporate Companies.
- Knowledge of local competition and industry trends
- Strong leadership and professional image
- Excellent decision making ability and analytical skills
- Be able to multi-task various job duties daily
- Ability to work in flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed college or university or equivalent education/ experience
- Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
- Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.
- An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
- Well versed with sales documentation & processes
- Demonstrated ability to re-engineer and revitalize sales and business development of the organization
- Strong planning, organizing and scheduling skills
- Highly effective team player and contributor
- Prepare a complete plan for generating enquiry such as field activity
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and thorough, keen attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and ambitious, determined to achieve personal goals and objectives of the Organization
- Well-developed ability to build strong relationships with others
