Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic personality with 7+ years of experience in B2B sales within a single industry. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Job Summary:

- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the startup ecosystem.

- Use your lead generation expertise to identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and referrals.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Understand clients' business objectives, presenting tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.

- Effectively communicate our value proposition, adapting your approach to resonate with different client segments.

- Pursue sales opportunities with clients to meet sales targets.

- Operate as the lead external point of contact for all matters specific to their clients.

- Determine frequency of client visits and client reviews.

- Forecast and track key account metrics.

- Identify and grow opportunities.

- Lead new business pitches and presentations.

- Engage comfortably in business dialogue and offer guidance to multiple levels of management.

- Regularly check in with the client.

- Maintain a collaborative environment on the client side by developing communication with different teams or departments.

Education and experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 7 years' experience, preferably in the same industry

- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously; proven success at managing large, complex, or particularly challenging clients.

- Excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written) across all levels, both internally and with clients.

- Strong customer relationship building, problem-solving, and negotiation skills in a client-facing environment.

- Ability to drive and manage change in a dynamic environment.

- Demonstrated ability to work and manage effectively under significant deadline pressure.
