This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices, along with creative thinking and analytical skills to optimize campaign performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the organization's goals and target audience.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Adapt content to suit the unique requirements and formats of each platform.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly and professionally.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers and cultivate a positive online community.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media ad campaigns to reach specific target demographics and achieve desired objectives.
- Utilize targeting options and retargeting strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting key trends and outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for differentiation and improvement.
- Work closely with other teams, such as content creators, designers, and marketing managers, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and thematic alignment with marketing campaigns
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- X+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for business purposes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt content to different audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize and execute engaging content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and work outside regular office hours, if needed.
