The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the firm's growth strategy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Development : Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market research. Create and implement strategies to increase market share and revenue.

- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and ensure that the firm's services meet their requirements.

- Proposal Management : Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new projects. Coordinate with internal teams to create compelling and competitive bids.

- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

- Partnerships and Alliances : Develop strategic partnerships and alliances with other firms, contractors, and industry stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.

- Marketing and Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

- Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales performance, pipeline development, and client feedback. Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the architecture, engineering, interior designing or construction industry.

- Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business and managing client relationships.

- Strong understanding of the architecture and construction industry

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
