Areas Sales Manager - FMCG (7-10 yrs)

Role & responsibilities :

- Managing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly

- Meeting with key clients, assisting sales teams with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals

- Preparing periodic sales report showing sales volumes, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion

- Analyzing and controlling expenditures of Retails Sales in the region to conform to Sales budget requirements

- Reducing the customer complaints to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction

- Managing the communication between Retail sales and various organizational entities in company to estimate date of delivery to customer

- Managing sales contracts and proposals preparation in compliance with companies policies and procedures

- Managing the communication between Sales teams and the ICT department regarding the HHT matters such as updating hand held devices, providing new devices for salespersons, and handling the issues related to HHT database and reports

- Administering the routes activities of retail sales in the region such as planning routes, creating new routes, and merging routes or closing unprofitable routes

- Supervise the work of the stores and depots in the region and analyzing their performance in addition to conducting periodic visits to those sites

- Monitoring the cleanliness and appearance of sales vehicles in compliance with policies and procedures in company.

Preferred candidate profile :

- Bachelor Degree in marketing or business administration or any related field.

- 7 years of experience in a related field - bakery experience is preferred.

- Knowledge in retail sale strategies.

- Professional knowledge in sales tools, techniques and forecasting.
