We are inviting application from a leading Large Format Retail Brand for Area Visual Merchandiser role who will be responsible for following KRAs :
Brief :
- Salary : up to 12 LPA
- Gender : Male/Female
- Education : Bachelors in Fashion
- Experience : 4 Years of relevant experience with reputed brands
Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for concept, design, and communication of window & in-store displays as well as effective product merchandising by category, working closely with the B&M and store planning teams.
- Ensuring that space requirements in stores meet the expectations of the business and customer
- Implementation of all agreed VM guidelines for the Area.
- Maximizing Brand Visibility
- Responsible for the New Store setup
- Responsible for Implementation of new season Launches
- Coordinating with Operations & Marketing team to maximize the revenue - creates display environment which not only encourages shopping but positively influences sale & maximizes returns from floor space through VM interventions
- Liaise & coordinate with vendors, operation managers, department managers in the implementation of promotional brand activities & visual retail executions
- Responsible for the management of VM assets for the area.
- Training the store team & SIS floor staff on Visual Merchandising concepts, guidelines
- Ensure VM Budgets are not exceeded
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL SET :
- Good communication skills
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Should have good presentation/ display skills
- Interpersonal Skills with a Team Player attitude
- Relationship Building Skills & Learning Ability must be there
- Should be open for Travel
