Designation - Area Training Manager.
- Male candidate preferred.
- Experience - Min 4 yrs experience in Sales training, Product Training, Insurance Training.
- Should have good understanding for Life insurance industry.
- Area Training Manager works in conjunction with the sales and marketing departments to train highly effective salespeople. The position entails managing and working closely with sales staff to meet goals set forth by sales and marketing.
- Develops job results resources by designing information systems; maintaining libraries and databases; building interactive and integrated job support systems.
- Develops managerial results by orienting new managers; conducting management training programs; providing learning resources; coaching individual managers.
