POSITION TITLE: Area Training Manager

REPORTING TO: General Manager at HO

LOCATION : Bangalore
Position Summary (Comprehensive summary of what the job exists to accomplish)
ATM's position to manage a team of Branch Training Managers and ensure delivery of the required Coding and Training programs in the assigned areas, recruit & manage good Consultant Trainers in the Areas so as to take IC-38 Batches &take care of Coding, ensure timely submission of reports at HO by self & teams and deliver superior level of training in the areas as per requirements.
Key Accountabilities (A collection of duties and/or responsibilities assigned)
- Managing the training activities for the assigned location
- Conducting the SMIP (Induction) for the Newly Joined SMs in the Company and overlooking the same to be delivered by the reporting BTMs in other areas.
- Preparing the Monthly training calendar for the locations and arranging the necessary training programs for employees & Advisors as per need of sales.
- Overlooking the 25 hrs. Training Program for Advisors through Consultant Trainers - both for the direct area & the areas mapped to the reporting BTMs.
- Ensuring manning & retention of BTMs in the areas under supervision.
- Conducting/assisting on other relative activities such as brand activations, BOPs etc. to help Sales on business & recruitment activities.
- Age 30-35 years of age.
- Willing to travel across areas/region.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
- 5 to 6 years of work experience in Sales Training with at least 2 to 3 years experience in Insurance with team handling experience.
- Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) with training background
- Must have knowledge of IC33
