Area Supply Manager - Sales - Freight Forwarding Business (2-6 yrs)
Core Responsibilities :
- Responsible for managing fleet of 25-50 at micro-market levels and managing 5-10 freight promoters
- On-board Freight Promoters and Owner-cum-drivers on the platform
- Responsible for driving operations metrics (such as loading and unloading detention, PoD uploads etc.)
- Train Freight Promoters in selling ancillary services
- Manage monthly billing of vendors, Freight Promoters; Provide ad-hoc vehicles at lower-than mandi rates
- Ensuring 100% compliance with necessary documentation

Qualifications :
- B.Tech or MBA with 2-6 years of business experience in sales
- Good understanding of how freight market and relationships between truckers, shippers and brokers work.
- Experience with an existing digital freight aggregation platform will be preferred.
