Area Service Manager - Sales Support (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage service operations for the assigned area, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Lead and train service teams to deliver exceptional service and maintain technical competence.
- Implement service policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote service offerings and support customer retention initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular field visits to service centers to ensure adherence to company standards and guidelines.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational challenges to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all service operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Area Service Manager or similar role in the two-wheeler industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of two-wheeler service and maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in service management software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
