Area Service Manager - Sales - Automotive Firm (4-12 yrs)
Requirement :
Oversee the regional service operations, ensures customer satisfaction, manages service teams, and maintains service standards within the assigned Area.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Coordinate and supervise field service operations across the designated area.
2. Train, guide, and evaluate field service technicians to enhance service quality.
3. Monitor and manage service performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols for field operations.
Technical/Desired Skills :
1. Proficiency in electric bike systems and components.
2. Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for electric bikes.
3. Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques for electric bikes.
IT/Software skills required :
Knowledge of Service management tools, CRM software's, and data analysis & presentation tools such as excel and PowerPoint presentation.
Behavioural Competencies desired :
1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering.
- Degree in any related field.
- Proven experience in the electric bike or automotive industry, with a deep understanding of the technical and operational training needs specific to electric bike development and production.
