We are seeking an experienced and proactive Area Service Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in service management, with a background in the automobile or electric vehicle (2W) industry. You will be responsible for overseeing service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service teams within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities :

- Service Operations : Manage and oversee daily service operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to meet customer expectations.

- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and support the service team, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.

- Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving service-related issues, complaints, and feedback promptly.

- Service Quality : Monitor service quality and performance metrics, implementing improvements and best practices to enhance service delivery.

- Process Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to streamline service operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

- Inventory Management : Oversee the management of service parts and inventory, ensuring availability and proper stock levels for efficient service operations.

- Training and Development : Conduct training sessions for service staff on technical skills, customer service, and company policies.

- Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all service operations.

- Reporting : Prepare and present reports on service performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to senior management.

- Coordination : Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless service integration and support.

Requirements :

- Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in service management, with a background in the automobile or electric vehicle (2W) industry preferred.

- Skills : Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a service team.

- Technical Knowledge : In-depth understanding of service operations, technical troubleshooting, and industry standards.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
