Area Service Manager - Auto/Vehicle (5-10 yrs)
We are looking for an experienced Area Service Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing service operations in the Raipur and Hyderabad regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the two-wheeler (2W) industry, focusing on delivering exceptional service and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee service operations in the assigned area to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Lead and mentor the service team, providing guidance and support to achieve service excellence.
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any service-related issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and parts departments, to ensure seamless service operations.
- Conduct regular service audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
