Area Service Manager (5-10 yrs)
We are seeking a highly motivated Area Service Manager to oversee service operations for our automobile and EV (2W) division in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automobile or electric vehicle industry and will be responsible for managing the service network, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving after-sales performance in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service operations and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction
- Oversee and improve service processes, including troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance
- Develop and maintain a strong service network in the assigned area
- Coordinate with dealers and service centers to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Train and support service staff to enhance service quality and technical expertise
- Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in the automobile or EV (2W) industry
- Strong knowledge of after-sales service operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple service centers and a large team
- Strong analytical skills to monitor service performance
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
