We have an opening with our leading Client - Retail Outlet - Franchisee Company Looking out for an Area Operations Manager @ Bangalore Location
SKILLS :
- Post graduate in Management with 5-10 years of experience in sales / retail marketing.
- Knowledge on Merchandising, Customer Engagement. Knowledge on retail metrics and retail store finance / profitability.
- Expected Managerial Qualities: High energy level and focus on drive for results Business Acumen Customer Centricity Interpersonal effectiveness & people orientation Building effective team
Job Description :
- Area marketing initiatives and generate maximum footfalls in the franchise operated stores.
- Stock-turn, AMC / Mark up
- Complete responsibility of profitability and bottom line profitability
- Franchisee Management manage the current showroom network in the territory and identify opportunities for network expansion
- Consumer understanding and competitor benchmarking
- Co-ordination with merchandising / ISCM team and ensure product availability including customer order
- Staff Training and motivation
- Coordinating with Commercial for smooth functioning of franchise centres operations.
Target companies : retail companies .
Candidate should be currently handling franchise outlets RETAIL OPERATIONS with P&L responsibility
