Job Description
- Responsible for the Overall Business Operations of the QSR Chain in Hyderabad according to operational standards.
- Ensure all the outlets operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining the brand ethos and standards.
- Communicate and Mediate with the Staff and the Outlets to ensure smooth operations, efficient and optimum utilization of resources.
- Preparing, Analyzing and Communicating to Senior Management, Various Reports concerning Sales, Profitability, Stock Levels, Wastage, etc
- Responsible for effective management schedules to ensure all outlets are staffed efficiently and as per sales volumes
- Responsible for Scheduling and Co coordinating between the Central Kitchen and the Outlets to ensure timely and optimum availability of Items, Ingredients, Packaging, Delivery, etc
- Responsible for Opening and Closing Checklist executions, Daily closing stock-
- Daily Reporting of Stocks, Sales to Top Management
- Responsible for Negotiations, Procurement of various ingredients, packaging, etc and maintaining a good relationship with different vendors and suppliers.
- Organize weekly meeting with key staff and reporting to Director.
- Ensure Cleanliness, Discipline, Punctuality at all the Outlets as per the Brand Standards.
- Develop, plan and execute marketing strategies to agreed budgets, sales, time scales.
- Recruiting Brand representative and provide training to them.
Salary: 2 LPA to 5 LPA+ inc
Experience: 2 to 6 year
